At RAPID 2023, Renishaw will Showcase its AM Innovations

With commercially reasonable costs, additive printing has created new opportunities for parts with complicated geometry and mass customization. From the first steps of producing the near-net shape to quality assurance procedures, Renishaw will highlight additive solutions at its RAPID booth (#4036) May 2-4. The event is marketed as being the biggest and most important in additive manufacturing in North America.

The exhibit from Renishaw demonstrates the advantages of adopting additive manufacturing (AM) in the manufacturing process and features a number of its additive manufacturing systems, including the RenAM 500Q and 500S. High power 500W lasers with precise and accurate capabilities are featured in both systems to reduce development time. Visitors can learn more about the RenAM 500Q Flex, which is ideal for producers who frequently switch construction materials, such as those working in pre-production, research and development, or office settings. To ensure that users can make high-quality parts using any machine, all of the systems have the same optical, chamber, and gas-flow designs that are at the forefront of their industries.

Denis Zayia, President of Renishaw Inc., stated that “our exhibits demonstrate how we enable the factory of the future, today, with innovative manufacturing technologies and expertise that deliver on manufacturing precision, productivity, and practicality.” “Renishaw is ready to commemorate an important milestone: 50 years of serving our customers. We have experienced the same manufacturing difficulties as many of our clients because we are a top-tier manufacturer. We have been able to get past them in those 50 years by using cutting-edge tactics and internally created items. We can share these experiences with consumers and provide them with fresh viewpoints thanks to our consulting approach.
