On May 9–12, 2023, Bowers Group will present a selection of connective metrology solutions at Control in Stuttgart. Live product demonstrations will be provided to visitors to show how efficient data transfer between measurement tools and apps may increase industrial productivity.
Using Connectivity To Improve Efficiency
A variety of Bluetooth-enabled hand tools and height gauges that interact with Sylvac’s Sylcom software will be on exhibit to demonstrate how connectivity can increase productivity and decrease errors. Guests will have the opportunity to see Bowers’ DigiMic, a digital external micrometer with built-in Bluetooth technology that is registered as Made in Britain. The DigiMic provides rapid, easy, and extremely precise measurements and is simple to incorporate into any Industry 4.0 / SPC system.
Full Metrology Solutions Provider
There will also be a display of the Baty Venture Plus XT. Venture Plus offers the same amount of camera-based capability as every other Venture, along with our standard zoom optics and customizable, segmented LED surface lighting.
In a CNC system, the use of a touch probe is optimized. For maximum speed and shorter inspection durations, measurements from data points taken using the touch probe and those taken using Video Edge Detection can be merged.
There will also be a chance to test out the Baty SM350 vertical light path 350mm / 14″ diameter screen bench projector, which has a sizable, robust high precision work stage with a measuring range of 250mm x 125mm and 0.5-micron resolution.
In addition, Bowers Group is pleased to showcase Moore & Wright, our oldest brand, which offers a selection of high-quality and reasonably priced handheld metrology equipment, including micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges, and general workshop measuring tools.
Richard Grocott, Director of International Sales for the Bowers Group, said:
We are eager to meet so many of our customers and cherished distribution partners as we present at the Control expo once more. “Control week” is a crucial occasion in our calendar since it allows Bowers Group to present its cutting-edge measurement solutions that can help a variety of manufacturers.
