The LYNX does not only verify over 1,500 features per hour but will also project images to guide what needs to be installed. The LYNX AR will project color images right onto the part with text to show part numbers or instructions!
LYNX serves two primary functions in assembly and fabrication
Guided Assembly:
Color images are projected on the part to show what component should be installed.
Verification:
After all the components are installed, LYNX will run a fully automated check to determine if they are in the correct location and orientation. LYNX replaces manual verification. It is ideal for medium to large assemblies such as airframe components, jet engines, heavy vehicles, and weldments
