- ATOS 5 in EV Battery Inspection – This pointer describes how Digital Twin contain feature(position etc.), GD&T and surface deviation can be put in a single data set.
- Series Accompanying Evaluation : Trend Analysis – Herein, analysis of part deviation at each point, Trend Analysis and process safety and how these results are exported to a database will be explained.
- Digital Assembly – This point will encompass inter-part alignment, predict/reconstruct assemblies, natural workflow, one project file for all inspections and surface distance.
- Surface Defect – As local dents and bumps can’t be visualized in surface comparison, surface defect map makes small local defects visible.
