Visitors experienced firsthand why NimbleTrack earned the Red Dot Award for Product Design 2025. With its advanced edge computing, and wireless operation, NimbleTrack delivers full flexibility in hard-to-reach or power-limited environments. TrackScan Sharp-S: Marker-Free Scanning for Large, Complex Structures
The TrackScan Sharp-S system impressed visitors with its live demonstration on a Formula racing car. Attendees observed how the scanner captured detailed geometry without requiring markers—ensuring fast, efficient, and high-accuracy scans, when facing large-scale objects. Designed for large-volume parts, TrackScan Sharp-S offers outstanding stability and precision for dynamic inspection needs.
SIMSCAN-E: Compact Yet Powerful 3D Solution for Industrial Applications
As one of the most compact metrology-grade 3D scanners available today, SIMSCAN-E stood out for its seamless blend of portability, accuracy, and speed. Weighing just under 600 grams, it delivers an impressive accuracy of up to 0.020 mm — ideal for precision-focused industries. Its wireless design allows for total freedom of movement, while the ergonomic, palm-sized build ensures fatigue-free scanning even in tight, complex spaces.
During the exhibition, it demonstrated exceptional capability in scanning detailed automotive interiors, aircraft components, and high-density assemblies, offering users unmatched flexibility and productivity on the shop floor.
AM-CELL C Series: Integrated Automation for 3D Inspection
SCANTECH’s automated 3D inspection solution, AM-CELL C Series, demonstrated high-speed scanning and inspection processes by combining our 3D scanning technologies with a robotic arm from our partner Elite Robots. The solution enables continuous, high-precision 3D measurement in production lines. As a valued partner, 3D Infotech presented its Smart Desktop at the SCANTECH booth. This groundbreaking solution, developed in collaboration with NVIDIA and SCANTECH’S advanced 3D scanning technologies, showcased the future of AI-enhanced inspection. Key capabilities included automatic object detection and classification, robot path planning, dynamic inspection template selection in PolyWorks, and real-time projection of inspection results directly onto parts.
