To meet market demands, SmartRay GmbH has opened a new office in South Korea.
Demand for 3D sensor products has increased significantly in recent years as a result of the explosive growth of the semiconductor and electric vehicle industries, particularly in South Korea. These industries face difficult inspection tasks like the inspection and measurement of chips, electronic components, displays, and batteries.
Through collaborations with system integrators, SmartRay has been delivering goods to the Korean market. To further expand this vital sales channel, SmartRay built a branch office in Seoul.
Sungryul Hong, the sales manager, is in charge of the new office. He formerly worked in sales and marketing at Panasonic Industrial Devices, serving clients like Samsung, LG, and SK in Korea.
