World is at forefront lately for many reasons . we are in mid of one of the greatest pandemics which humankind has ever seen and whole world is debating Post COVID new order. This topic itself is so interesting that it will require another writing but none can deny the impacts on manufacturing & metrology .

I was on a debate last month and during debating one thing i concur we cant expect govt. and any other agencies to create an ecosystem , it can only be done by us . There are many pertinent questions in my mind when it comes to Indian metrology scene , quality of work we are doing , challenges we are facing as industry , what type of products we are developing, what patents we are working on , what are we doing for engagements at universities etc etc. I am sure there are many like me who feels the same .
We need to debate , we need to review and most importantly we need to ask questions like why are we not manufacturing this ? why not that software? what about any indigenous Inline sensors ? What about Startups pitching their Products here and finding Mentors and VCs? What about finding some collaborations and providing most needed hand holding . Time has come for Indian Metrology Scene to move beyond annual congregations in Bengaluru to have its own platform where anything and everything in measurements should be covered and given a voice .
